The three in-person levels differ in one thing: where you start from. Each programme is complete - there is no level after which you “have to buy the rest”. On top of that, there is an online course and materials for training your hand on your own.

Basic - Start to be smart

The machine hairstroke technique for people with no PMU experience. Two days: your starter kit and choosing a machine, pigmentology and colorimetry, calculating treatment prices, and then exercises on paper, tablet and latex. Price: PLN 7,380 gross per person in a group of two, PLN 9,840 gross one-to-one (net: PLN 6,000 and PLN 8,000 + 23% VAT).

A two-day in-person training for people who want to enter PMU from the basics - or add the hairstroke technique to the services of their beauty salon. You do not need any previous experience in permanent makeup.

You learn the fundamentals of the technique in practice: training on latex and artificial skin, mistakes corrected as you go and individual guidance.

Brow patterns step by step - a starting point for training your hand on your own.

A three-day in-person training for PMU artists, cosmetologists and industry professionals who already work in PMU with the shading technique and want to add the hairstroke technique to their offer.

The third day is your independent work on two models - different cases, different challenges - with correction tailored to your working style.

For PMU artists who already work with the hairstroke method and want to raise their skills. One intensive day: analysis of your work and your healed results, precision of movement, angle and depth, and a demonstration with live commentary. You already work with the hairstroke method, but you feel your skills need a final polish. This workshop does not teach the technique from the basics - it goes into the details that separate correct pigmentation from masterful work.

We start with what you bring: your work and your healed results. One intensive day focused solely on the areas you need most.

Starting from the beginning

Will I actually learn the hairstroke technique if I have never done anything like it before?

The machine hairstroke technique is a skill like any other - it can be learned. The difficulty lies more in impatience and in accepting that the process has to happen: it takes time and it takes making mistakes. If you are determined, you will certainly learn it. You are looked after, you can ask questions and you get answers, and the whole system is built so that you learn in small but effective steps - level by level.

I don't know the permanent makeup industry. Will I actually earn money from this?

Rome wasn't built in a day. When you enter the learning system, you are in a process: you get to know the industry inside out and along the way you start to understand how it works. The hairstroke technique is one of the most sought-after services today, so there is demand for it, and it is up to you how you use your knowledge and skills. With that kind of commitment, clients will come. Depending on the artist, the price of the service ranges from PLN 1,000 to as much as PLN 3,000. Building your position always takes commitment and some time, but it translates into clients.

Where will I find models, and later clients? How do I promote myself?

Many people know this problem, and that is why I created Progress Day. It has two purposes: it gives you feedback after your first training and helps you build a portfolio of your work. You get your first photos right after the treatment, and the next ones - healed - at Progress Day, where you can also do a touch-up on your model from Basic PRO.
At Basic PRO you work on as many as three models, so you also gain material after healing, in different forms: photos, videos, collages. In my view this is of huge value: the photos and videos from both trainings document your work and let you present yourself to clients and reach new ones. With them you attract models first, and then clients.

When will I start earning, and how much?

It all depends on your commitment to learning and practice, and on your willpower not to give up. It usually starts gradually: with your first models and first clients you start earning after just two to three months. Don't expect to make millions straight away, but after about six months of work your income should be satisfactory. The pace depends on your practice and on the market you work in.

How much do I need to invest to get started?

The basic package you need to invest in at the start costs from around PLN 5,000. There is never an upper limit, but by my calculations it can be as much as PLN 20,000.

Is the hairstroke technique harder than shading?

Yes - the hairstroke technique is much harder than shading. That is why at Basic PRO, on the second and third day, you work independently on models under the trainer's supervision, and then for 30 days you send me your work and receive feedback.

Will hairstroke heal as well as shading?

This is a very common objection: PMU artists compare how the two techniques heal. I believe it needs to be looked at from a different perspective. We use the hairstroke technique where shading would not look natural: with shading you cannot reconstruct bare skin where no hair grows, nor can you do male brow pigmentation.
Poor healed results happen with shading too, because everything depends on the canvas, that is the client's skin: its condition, structure and ability to regenerate. So the question is not whether hairstroke heals nicely, but why an artist should not have the skills and tools to match the technique to the problem. A technically well-performed pigmentation - hairstroke or shading - will be as satisfying as the canvas allows.

Will I find clients for hairstroke, and will they like the results?

A lot depends on your own aesthetic. If you promote subtle pigmentation, you will find clients for subtle pigmentation - such clients exist, believe me. If you yourself expect very intense saturation and spectacular effects from pigmentation, those are the clients who will come to you. The hairstroke technique has a rather lighter aesthetic, so ask yourself whether it matches your own sense of aesthetics.

I already do pigmentation. Will the training pay for itself? Why do I need it?

If you stand still, you fall behind. Clients are looking for natural results and for this technique, so they are willing to pay more for it - and that is how it should be priced. I am not an oracle and I won't tell you how much to charge, but if you add up the cost of the training and the time invested in learning, you will understand that this service should cost more.
By learning it, you get ahead of the competition: you have a tool they do not have. With this technique you can also help people with alopecia, men, and people who have lost their brows and do not want them drawn on with shading. Depending on the city, the price of the hairstroke technique is PLN 1,000-3,000, and of shading PLN 500-1,500 on average.
